It is Thursday which means it is the second week of our new January #throwbackthursday series called ‘Excel Show Favourites!’ This is where every Thursday we will choose to focus on one of our favourite show numbers from any of the nine annual Excel shows.

Earlier in the week we revealed three of the most requested show pieces and asked you to vote.

And the winner is …….drum roll…….the very cute ‘Ugly Bug Ball!’

We think this is a fantastic choice for this week’s ‘Excel Show Favourites’.

This was the Primary tap class at the Sandpit Theatre. Along with the student’s lovely dancing, the Sandpit theatre’s colourful lighting and the amazing bug costumes which were expertly made by Excel’s brilliant seamstress Sally, we guarantee the ‘Ugly Bug Ball’ will make you smile.
