At Excel Performing Arts we absolutely LOVE ballet and our lovely Prep ballet class for 3-5 yrs on Saturday mornings is currently full with a waiting list. 

So, due to popular demand we are starting a brand NEW Tuesday Prep Ballet class at Bowmansgreen School, London Colney 4.25pm – 4.50pm for 4-5 year olds.

Ballet classes are an excellent introduction to the dance world for younger students as it not only teaches them to achieve excellent posture, balance, strength, and grace, it also allows children to develop as dancers through free expressive movement, mime and using their imagination. Through ballet classes students learn to follow instructions which helps with concentration, focus and co-ordination. The classes also improve physical strength and agility and gives students a love of music.
