We did it! 

Our students should all be so proud of themselves. Today’s online classes were not only the last classes of this term as we break up for the Easter holidays, but also (we hope), the last classes online. 

Since the pandemic started we have spent a total of 31 weeks online and had our annual shows and exams cancelled. There has been a lot to adapt to and for the students to cope with. Despite everything, we have got through it all with lots of smiles and positivity. 

Massive well done Excel family for your commitment and dedication. You are all AMAZING! We are now ready to come back stronger and enter the next chapter in the Excel history books.  

We are in stage 2 of the reopening out of lockdown and we are just waiting for the green light from the government which we won’t get until around April 5th. If all goes to plan then stage 2 will re-open on April 12th which is when we will be returning to face to face classes at Bowmansgreen School. Woo!Hoo!
