A huge thank you to guest teacher and professional dancer Reiss Hinds who visited Excel Performing Arts on Monday 26th June to teach a one off dance class to some of our lucky students.
Reis trained at the Urdang Academy and graduated with a BA (hons) in Musical Theatre and Dance Performance. Since graduating Reiss has performed across many platforms, on TV, film and stage; credits include dancing on ‘Streetdance 3D’, Disney’s live action ‘Cinderella’ and 4x Olivier Award winning West End musical ‘In the Heights’. Reiss has performed in numerous pantomimes across the UK and was a semi-finalist on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ in 2012 with dance group, Four Corners Dance Company.
Reiss had this amazing energy about him and taught a BRILLIANT lyrical hip hop class. Thank you Reiss for visiting Excel and inspiring our students.
