Sunday 21st November 2021 was a very special day for some students at Excel Performing Arts.

After two years with absolutely no performances because of the pandemic, the Excel performance students at last got to do what they do best, and perform at the ‘St Albans Christmas Lights Switch On show’.

The three groups each performed a christmassy themed piece that was jazz dance based. They had been rehearsing since the end of September and gave an absolutely amazing performance to the huge crowds that had gathered in front of the big stage on St Peters street in St Albans. It felt so special to be part of such a lovely event and the smiles from our students say it all.

The students will be repeating it all again at the London Colney Christmas Lights Switch On event which takes place on Sunday 28th November.
